We approached Black Metal Doors and dealt with Anthony. He was extremely helpful and patient! The size and specification changed many times are end user was ‘particularly’ difficult to please!! But the customer is always right 🤷‍♂️ The price was competitive and great value for the end product. They arrived on time and we had them installed 👍🏻 I wouldn’t hesitate to use Anthony and his company again and would THOROUGHLY recommend them to any other refurbishment contractor or end client.

We have recently had a 4 panel room door/partition installed along with a single door by Black Metal Doors. We are extremely happy with the installation and all the service we received. Donna, our initial point of contact, was exceptionally helpful and answered all of our questions on three visits to the showroom. Once ordered, the door was ready within the timeframe expected. The independent fitters who installed the doors were incredibly careful and thorough, taking much time to get the doors installed and carefully sealed. Even the glass panels were cleaned by them. The whole process from initial enquiry to final fitting was efficient and stress-free. We will use this company again and highly recommend them.

We have used black metal doors for 2 projects now, including roof lanterns and an internal fire rated door. Both compliment our kitchen space in a fantastic manner. We chose the self installation options which we had no issues with. Products were delivered with correct measurements and fitters had no issues. We dealt with Donna through the sales process who did her best to ensure prices, lead times and the final delivery date was all very well communicated. Would highly recommend.

We found black metal doors very good service. Prices are competitive and the fitter’s brilliant, made the room completely sealed with the finished mastic. We are so happy with the results and it is actually better than what we have expected, completely changed the dining room

Customer service was thorough and made sure my measurements were correct before it went to be manufactured. The door was fitted by me and was the correct size for the opening. Once fitted it latched well and was appealing to look at.

Great company and great product. Purchased a door with reeded glass for my kitchen. The door looks amazing, crittall style metal door at a fraction of the cost of an actual crittall door. Communication was great all the way along and delivered on the exact date specified. Will definitely use again for my other doors.

We are the very happy owners of double doors bought from Black Metal Doors and recommend them to others. The doors are a lovely simple design and are well made. the pre-sales service from Donna was exceptional. She was very helpful with my (many!) questions and was very patient with what turned out to be quite a long process (due to other works we were doing at home which had to be prioritised).
